Our revenue model—based on both hardware sales and recurring subscription services—is designed to maximize long-term returns while maintaining lean operational efficiency. We've developed a go-to-market strategy combining direct sales, digital marketing, and public relations to build awareness and establish our brand as a leader in automotive safety innovation.
We acknowledge the potential risks and challenges of launching a technology company in a competitive space and have developed proactive mitigation strategies, including contingency planning, cost control, and compliance with evolving government regulations. Our timeline includes clear milestones and a long-term exit strategy to assure investors of our structured path to growth. With over 276 million registered vehicles in the U.S. and 35 million in Canada, we are targeting a large and immediate retrofit market. Additionally, 17.2 million new vehicles and 8.5 million motorcycles are sold annually in the U.S. alone—highlighting massive potential for OEM integration and mass adoption.
We will initially focus on the consumer retrofit market and strategically expand into law enforcement, insurance, fleet, and legal sectors with subscription-based services. Future product iterations may include standalone versions for smartphones and smartwatches, further expanding our market reach. Richard Cross, a U.S. Air Force veteran and longtime advocate for consumer protection, has spent decades in financial services, insurance, and investor relations—always focused on helping people make smarter, safer decisions. When Steve shared the concept for Hidden Angel, Richard recognized its potential not just to stop crime, but to transform public safety. For him, this company is a way to channel years of experience into something that creates tangible good in the world.
Thomas Darr, an Engineer and Marine Corps veteran, has always been passionate about turning ideas into real-world solutions. With a successful background in engineering products for security and DOT applications, he saw in Hidden Angel a chance to build something that could meaningfully protect lives. He’s driven by innovation with impact—technology that doesn’t just function, but makes the world safer for everyone.
Steve Britt, a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast with certifications in cyber security, co-invented Hidden Angel after watching too many friends and fellow riders fall victim to hit-and-run accidents. Feeling helpless as stories of injury and loss mounted—with justice rarely served—he envisioned a solution that could instantly identify perpetrators and protect vulnerable people on the road. Steve Britt is the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and Co-Inventor of Hidden Angel’s patented technology. A lifelong motorcycle enthusiast, Steve was driven to develop the original concept for Hidden Angel after witnessing a rising number of friends and fellow riders injured—or killed—in hit-and-run accidents. Determined to help victims and identify perpetrators, he envisioned a technology that could capture critical data in real time and deliver justice when it mattered most.
With years of study in criminal justice, cyber investigations, and network security, Steve holds certifications in internet fraud, digital forensics, ethical hacking, and operating system security. At Shockwave Digital, he leads AI security operations, ensuring all private data is protected through blockchain-enhanced security protocols.
